“I started growing my beard back in 2013 just to see if I could, my dad always had a fantastic beard. I love getting the nods from fellow pogonophiles and comments.

“My beard is very straight and fair which gives me the scandi look. My wife has threatened on multiple occasions that if I ever shave my beard then divorce would swiftly follow.

“I'm a keen runner and try to do Park Run every week, Cannon Hill Park Run is my local, so say hello if you see me.

“I love rugby and play (just about) when I can for Veseyans Rugby Club. I enjoy the outdoors and camping, especially in the Gower, the best beaches in the world there.

“I am married to my gorgeous wife, Whitney and we have a little boy Monty who is awesome. We have just gotten an allotment which I will be adding photos to my gardening instagram.

“I am very much into music of all genres, and enjoy writing music. I do have some music released on all music streaming platforms. Mostly SynthWave/RetroWave but I'm trying to move into soundtracks for no other reason than I love film soundtracks and movies.

“I'm a keen gamer, PS5, Xbox and Switch and an avid board gamer, my favourite game at the moment being Unmatched.
