“Hi, I'm Lewis and I am a machinist in Great Yarmouth and live with my beautiful partner and child. They are forever encouraging me to do well and give life a good effort just by being around me.

“I started growing my beard at the start of 2015, it was just laziness to start with and then I realised how large the bearded community was and my niece loved it! Much more than just facial hair now, I’ve made friends and gained a hobby out of this.

“I’m glad to be part of The British Beard Club and the only time I’d ever shave is if I became an astronaut and even then 'A Beard In Space' would be great!”
